Diagnostic Ultrastructural Pathology Service

The mission of the Diagnostic Ultrastructural Pathology Service is to provide aid to the veterinary community using transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

We offer a complete service, which includes diagnostic ultrastructural pathology and identification of disease pathogens of domestic animals and wildlife. Our support to the research community is focused on spontaneous diseases of domestic animals, poultry and wildlife.

Diagnostic ultrastructural pathology service is carried out under the direction of an ACVP-Board Certified Veterinary Pathologist and 3 experienced electron microscopy staff. This facility is supported by a JEM1200 EXII transmission electron microscope with film and digital imaging (2K x 2K) capability.
