*Note:* The $10 accession fee and the 10% out of state surcharge will NOT be applied to neuromuscular testing. All fees are in US $.

Canine Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)
Fee: 65.00 (see comments)	Specimen: 1) 1-3 ml whole blood 2) 1-2 dew claws (NEWLY WHELPED PUPPIES ONLY) 3) 1 straw or 1/2 cc semen 4) 2 sterile 6" cheek swabs	Shipping Container: 1) EDTA tube 2) ziploc bag or red-topped tube 3) red-topped tube 4) see the submission guidelines	Coolant: 1,2,3) frozen gel packs 4) none

Turnaround Time: 7-21 days
Comments: Fee is per dog; VDL testing fees are priced as low as possible and already at volume discount, due to the number of samples run in the lab at one time. No further volume discount is possible. Please note that we cannot update the result report with registration information if a tattoo or microchip was not verified at the time of testing. Disclosure of financial interests: This test was developed through financial support from the AKC Canine Health Foundation. A portion of the proceeds from the test will be returned to the AKC Canine Health Foundation to further its mission to improve the health of all dogs. Drs. Mickelson, Patterson and Taylor; and Minor, RN are the patent owners of this genetic test and a portion of the proceeds will go toward patent royalties.
